I noticed that a lot of threads have been getting off-topic recently, most likely do the influx of new members. This thread is meant to remedy that. You can use this thread to discuss general forum stuff, non-IB related subjects, and to catch up with other members. Basically, discuss here anything here but game-play, etc. All spam rules still apply.

Alright, to start discussion, I'm going to talk about my avatar. You'll notice that it is similar to my avatars from the main forum, but not exact. It is the same scene as the other avatars, only, it they have different outfits. When I mad my first round of avatars, I only had screen shots of that scene with the three sets of armor. (King/Queen, Iron/Thief, Dragoor/Lunith) My next playthrough, I took pictures with several different sets of armor. I sent those pictures in to Chad to be uploaded, but it took forever for him to do it. When the forum went down, he still hadn't uploaded the new avatars. Now that we are here, I'm using the opportunity to use all the avatars I never had to the chance to on the main forum.

Basically, yes. It's a quote form the song "I Remember You" by the Ramones. It's a sad, and slightly mournful lyric, and I thought it fight the situation pretty well. Glad you agree. :)

I'm not sure what your last line means. Are you saying you'll be using all the avatars yourself, as in changing your avatar frequently? Or are you offering your selection of avatars to the membership?

Making my avatar with PS was fairly easy. If you or anyone else needs help with making an avatar, I'd be happy to pitch in. Just post an appropriate pic in this thread and I'll reply with the avatar thumbnail version.

If you have PS, then all you need to do is make a square crop of your selection and then resize it to 65 x 65 pixels. ;)

I like to change my avatars from time to time, roughly every ten to twelve days. I have several avatar pics that I want to use at some point. Since its the same scene every time, I should remain fairly recognizable, despite the occasional change. Basically, yes, I will be changing my avatar every now and again.

You better be "jk." Not enough people these days have even heard of most older artists. I'm very grateful that my parents raised me on classic rock and pop. I can't stand the majority of modern music.

P.S. for those ignorant morons  who don't know who the Ramones are, they are a classic Punk Rock band, active mainly during the 70s.

Easy now, Glam. You're not trying to start a generational mud-slinging fest, are ya? Lol
Besides, there are worse things than punk rock, right?
