Edit:
better yet, according to excel, a fitting curve for it is:
Worker=20*play^2 + 60.039*play + 148.04

Of course, it will be right just on average (due the kind of curve), but should be enough to have 'an idea' .

edit 2: already tested the equation. It does work well (cyclical error, max 87, minimum -37). Better yet, being so it's possible to 'know' the play-through from worker's level:
play through = ( -60.039 + sqrt(60.039^2 - 80 * (148.04 - Worker)) ) / (40)

Edit: increasing the curve fitting precision:
Worker Level = 129599/6480 * Play-Through^2 + 6184/103*Play-Through + 3553/24
Play-Through = ( - 6184/103 + sqrt((6184/103)^2 - 4 * 129599/6480 * (3553/24 - Worker's)))/(2*129599/6480)

OMG!!!! I just found something. I just had a thought ... .what if we compare Worker levels in DM to Worker levels in RM (regular mode). There is some sort of weird correlation. At first I thought it was linear 2x+1 where x was he DM number and the Worker has the same level in the corresponding RM playthrough but this also appears to have a 5 cycle time arrangement.

Nice idea.
Just "out of the hat" (comparing only the higher order coeficiente) the ration is around 1:10
But, at best, it will always be an approx ratio.

Edit : I mean, approx. the worker level at normal mode 100 "should" be around DM worker at around DM 10

Edit 2: as i said, "out of the hat" just comparing the higher order coefficient. Taking a look at the series raw data, it is more like 3:1 (for a worker around 500k-1000k)

So far I've got this. DM number, RM number that the same level corresponds to, difference between RM number.

Yep, "around" 3:1
Edit : "first" worker over 1M at DM72, NG225

I'm not near my "main calculator", so Just "around", in low order play through it is less then 1:3, in the region we are playing 1:3 in stupid high levels the ratio will increase up to 1:10 (the x^2 ratio)

I'm thinking it is more (72 x 2) + 81

Sorry, but there is no way it will be a simple linear relation.
Like, the few first Workers over 10M
DM worker level (raw data)
2229,982,950
22310,067,950
22410,153,150

NG worker level (if the series holds)
7059982950
70610011150
70710039550
70810067950
70910096350
71010124750
71110153150

But one really curious point, the worker's level do repeat !

I agree, not linear. The 81 is from so other function as well. I was just thinking it wasn't 3x.

If I follow the first few playthroughs I get
2x + 1
2x + 2
2x + 3 ...
so on and so forth.. so I'm thinking the (+ constant) is also a function of the DM/NG level as opposed to 3x the level but possible approaches 3x as the level approaches infinity.

No. By the series, as the level approach infinity (if the curves holds) the relation will be 10 to 1. Every DM level will be like 10 in normal mode (the constant multiplying the square factor).

Anyway, for the "reasonable range", in which we really play, it starts below 3:1 and ends a bit above 3:1
Again, DM 224 is equal to NG711
This is over a 3:1
But both, DM 224 and NG711 are for a very few players if at all.
You and a few others have reached DM224, have no idea if someone has ever reached NG700+

Better said, raw data (no approx curve)
Early on it is 2:1
DM1:550:NG3
DM2:950:NG5
DM3:1550:NG7
DM4:2350:NG9
Which is 1:2

But later on
DM10:16350:NG27
DM11:19950:NG30
DM12:23950:NG33
DM13:28159:NG36
Which is already a 1:3

DM20:73350:NG59
DM21:80750:NG62
+1 in the DM still advanced "Just" 3 in NG,
but, one can see that "now and then" for a single DM advance the NG was 4
(Otherwise DM20 "should be" 57 (to reproduce the simple relation at DM10))

Edit : like from DM19 to DM20
DM19:63950:NG55
DM20:73350:NG59

Edit 2: here we go with a full table
