When you say backup, are you meaning iTunes backup/restore ?
Or "infinity blade's" own iCloud backup ?

yes itune backup with computer
i don't know why it not work.

So, you had a "character slot" (at which level), some chips purchased, and your game got corrupted ?
You contacted chair's customer support (CS)? What have they said?

On the other hand, yes, iTunes backup isn't reliable regarding infinity blade saves, better (well, only way reliable) to use "iCloud save" (game options).

If you had iCloud save active, there is always the possibility of just deleting the game, logout from Game Center (apple), re-install the game, re-start it.

CS gone 3 day ago

i have question about icloud save
1. i have to keep it active ? or disable ?
2. if i want to delete game and re-install, i have to disable icloud before ?
3. logout game center important ?

The scrip goes that way:
1) keep iCloud save DISABLE, most of time (there are quite some disgusting bugs associated with network problems and iCloud active)
2) now and then activate iCloud save, play an act. Disable it again. This should be enough to sync your game on chair's servers.

In case of some client problems, or you just got a new device
1) un-install the game
2) go to device setting and make sure that you logout from Game Center, this is very important.
3) re-install the game
4) start the game. In the process it will ask you to login in Game Center.
If everything goes nicely, you should have you last game save back.
Including game purchases.

One important point, that I should have mentioned, first.
For all that to work, you need a good backup at chair's server.
Some times (again, in case of network problems) those backup do become corrupted.

Since, I guess, you are already facing some game problems ... better contact CS first to make sure their side is ok (which means, you have an useful game save with them).

Yeah,
But some actions (like taking a look at their servers), they are the only option.

Like that script (game re-install). If you cloud save is corrupted, all this is mooted. Then your only option is for them to clean your game save at the servers, give you some compensation for the trouble (gold, chips) and, sorry, start again.
They can be quite generous, depending on your previous game save/level.

At which level were you when the trouble began ?
